• The Task Manager section allows you to manage your own tasks, sent tasks, and received tasks.

  • To send task, go to Resources>Task Manager>Send Task and then click on Send Task

  • Upon filling out the details of the task that needs to be assigned based on type, priority, due date , User and the deal it needs to be assigned to

  • After adding the task, we can see the Task under Send Task Tab

  • If there is a action assigned to the customer then the assigned customer on his portal can see a pop-up letting Customer know that there is a Task assigned to them.

  • Sent or Received tasks can be marked as Complete by clicking on Mark Complete button at the right side of the task.
